These last months have been pretty intense here at Frontity. Back in March we decided to discontinue the development of our mobile theme for WordPress publishers (also known as Frontity PRO) to place all our focus on Frontity.org: an open source framework to build WordPress themes with React.
A couple of months ago, Google announced a big change in how they report URL performance in Search Console (clicks, impressions, average position and average CTR). In this post, I will explain you what this change is all about and what it means for SEOs.

2018 was a busy and exciting year for us at Frontity. There were a lot of changes taking place. Now that January has already passed and we’ve gained some perspective, we are looking back at the milestones achieved last year.
WordCamp Europe 2018 took place last week (June 14-16th) in Belgrade with a total of 2,085 attendees from 76 countries and 808 live stream viewers. Besides the organising team, 170 volunteers were there to make sure everything run smoothly during the event.
A few months ago, we announced that we had discontinued our platform and app submission services to place all of our focus on Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). Today, we have some more exciting news to share: we’ve raised a €400K seed round led by K Fund and are rebranding to Frontity!
The second WordCamp Madrid (#WCMadrid) took place last weekend (April 21st-22nd) at La Nave Madrid with a total of 400 attendees (plus live stream viewers). One more year, this was a great opportunity to share knowledge, meet people and learn from the community.
